Question by Sapphire: What restaurants are open Christmas Day in NH and VT?
My husband, my son and I, live in NH. Our families are in VT. We thought it would be nice to meet in between (either NH or VT) for Christmas dinner and save a lot of driving. Any suggestions or places are welcome. Chinese food is fine but I wonder if there’s anything different.

You can always have a picnic at a state park. Decorate a live pine tree. Set up a tent. Bundle up!
Although Chinese food would be fine, I doubt the better restaurants would be open.
I’d suggest spending Christmas snuggling with your husband, maybe getting a spiral-sliced ham that you heat up for the day, and just doing whatever makes you and your husband happy;
