What type of taxes are owed to neighboring states if I have an online store in NH?

Question by skisonone: What type of taxes are owed to neighboring states if I have an online store in NH?
I am starting an online store based in NH which collects no sales taxes. Do I have to charge a sales tax on orders shipped to neighboring states like MA which has a 5% sales tax? If yes, does that 5% get paid to MA? Can someone tell me where I might find simple, explicit info/examples on this? Thanks

No, unless you have a physical presence in the neighboring states also, you only collect sales tax in your home state, and if NH doesn’t have a sales tax, you don’t have to worry about it.
